Demos fall under two categories. 1. A Demo can be created for a fee, that depends on the amount of work required. Once complete it is your sole property and no rights are held by us. 2. If you chose not to pay the fee then you agree that a minimum of 1/3 of the song is owned by us and intern we will wave all Agent Protected fees and only receive 1/3 of any monies made upon an Industry Contract. We will require no money until the song is offered a Contract. Once the Demo is complete you will have the right to neglect the service if you feel the Demo does not represent you as an artist or you are unsatisfied. You will hear the Demo in a secure environment and if you chose not to accept the Demo you will not receive a copy. If you somehow do acquire the Demo you will be held to the above terms and we will request payment. If you chose not to use the Demo all source material will be deleted and verification sent to you.

Lyrics can professionally be written for your music. If you accept these lyrics you will be obligated to give at least 1/3 credit to the artist who contributed. If you use the lyrics and do not give proper credit you will be held liable. Once complete, these lyrics will be available for you reviewing in a secure environment. You can chose to not use the lyrics, or to further collaborate with the artist writing. If you chose not to use the Lyrics all source material will be deleted and verification sent to you.
